Accepting a booking request
After you accept a booking request we will send an email to the Host letting them know. They will then have 72 hours to make their deposit. This deposit is non-refundable unless you, as the Artist, cancel the event.

It’s critical that you review all the details of your booking request– the date, time, duration, amount of tickets and booking fee– before accepting to ensure its accuracy.

If you need to make changes after you’ve accepted an event, please message the Host immediately so they can cancel the request and submit a new one.
Declining a booking request
When you decline a booking request the Host will receive an alert from us stating you have declined their request along with any message you may have included. The request will also be removed from your "Pending Threshows" section.
